Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has filed by Mr. Asad Ali Buledi advocate on behalf of applicant Ghulam Murtaza son of Abdul Sattar by caste Sand against SHO PP Derra and others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Saeed Ahmed Shaikh learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Nasirabad is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PP Derra and its premises and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release him on P.R bond and direct him to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 27.06.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
