Accused persons are confined in Central Prison and produced via video link, so the judgment is pronounced to him through video link. Let his release writ be sent to the concerned jail authority with directions to release him forthwith in this case, if not required in any other case. The case against absconder accused persons namely Muhammad Tanzeeem Khan s/o Yaqoob Khan, Fakhare Iqbal s/o Muhammad Aslam and Muhammad Salman @ Munna s/o Muhammad Shafiq is on same footing, so they are also acquitted.
