This suit having original number at the time of institution i.e. 119/2025 was received to this Court by way of transfer from the Court of learned Senior Civil Judge-I Tharparkar at Mithi. It was assigned new number before this Court as F.C.Suit No. 228/2025. In fact, on the CFMS, there have been dual entries with old and new numbers to suit separately. In fact, suit stood disposed of on 13.11.2025 as result of rejection of plaint U/O VII Rule 11 (d) C.P.C and on CMFS-DC, status of suit with new number i.e. 228/2025 was updated with order as per disposal, however entry with old number i.e. 119/2025 still shows its status as pending due to oversight. As such the status of suit for old No. 119/2025 is being updated as ???disposed of???. |
