The learned counsel of defendant objected the restoration of matter on the ground that no plausible explanation for non-appearance has been given by her. Heard arguments. Order passed on application; matter is hereby restored on same stage in the larger interest of justice. Plaintiff is directed to proceed with the matter without further delay; failure of which this Court shall pass appropriate order as per law and no further time shall be granted to her.
