The Honourable P.O is on casual leave. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Amjad Ali Abassi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Altaf @ Altaf Hussain, 02-Zulfiqar @ Zulfiqar Ali, 03-Mumtaz all three sons of Mithal, 04-Hadi @ Abdul Hadi son of Mahboob @ Mahboob Ali, 05-Gul Hassan son of Mahboob @ Mahboob Ali, 06-Ali Gohar son of Ghulam Ali all by caste Janwri in Crime No.16/2026 of PS Khabar for offence 324,429,504,337-Fi,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 24.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted.
