Process viz BWs returned un-served against complainant/PWs with endorsement of process server that he has bound down to complainant party through cellphone to appear before the Court on date of hearing. Previous endorsement of the process server vide dated 14-05-2026 reveals that complainant party knowingly and deliberately are not appearing before this court in order proceed this case. However Complainant Ghulam Qadir and Pw Muhammad Khan are present. Advocate for accused is present. Advocate Mr Riaz Hussain Dero is present and filed vakalatnama on behalf of complainant and also moved adjournment application, order passed thereon, Complainant and PW submitted P.R bond in respect of BWs issued against them and they are bound down for appearance on next date of hearing. During the proceedings it is observed that attitude/behavior of PW Muhammad Khan towards court is very harsh and he is showing his supremacy upon the court by showing himself wadero/landlord. Surprisingly PW Muhammad Khan clearly denied from proceeding this case/adducing his evidence in directive ways and he disclosed in open court that until and unless accused person shall not conduct private faisla with him he shall not proceed this case. He is warned that he is before the court and mend his ways and he as well as complainant are directed to proceed with this case and be careful in future.
