Case called. Accused Shahzad is produced in custody by Superintendent CP Hyderabad, his bail has already been granted vide order dated 26.07.2017 passed in Cr. B.A No. 348/2017 but he has not yet furnished surety. Accused Arshad, Basheer, Aijaz and Usman have already been declared as P.Os. DPP for the state and DC are present. On 14-03-2018 reports about surety Naveed Akhalaue of accused Aijaz and surety Abdul Malik of accused Bashir and Usman were received and kept on record as Ex. 10 and Ex. 11. Heard arguments. Judgment passed and announced in open court R & R??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????.?????????as Ex:___. Accused Shahzad is acquitted under section 265-H (i) Cr.P.C. Accused is produced in custody and remanded back with directions to release him forthwith if he is not required in any other case. The case of absconder accused Arshad, Basheer, Aijaz and Usman is kept on dormant file till their arrest or voluntarily appeared before this Court. However, Today surety Naveed Akhalaue of accused Aijaz and surety Abdul Malik of accused Bashir and Usman are also called absent and reports have already been received from concerned Banks, as such, accountant of this court is appointed to collect the sureties amount from concerned bank and same be deposited in government treasury and also such receipt be attached with case file. |
