Cr. Misc application called. Applicant called absent. Report of SHO and DSP Complaint Cell Matairi recieved, order passed and pronounced in open Court. Since, the dispute is over the plot/land, which is purely of civil nature. The applicant has prayed for possession of plot, such prayer is not maintainable under criminal proceedings of miscellaneous nature.
