Case called. Learned counsel for plaintiff is present. Learned counsel for defendants stated that the instant suit is not maintainable as plaintiff has filed earlier suit bearing No.779/2025 before the Hon???ble VI SCJ East. On that suit he is obtained the stay order. The filing of the instant suit to first aid the litigation. The Hon???ble P.O enquired about the entitlement as he narrated in the plaint. The plaintiff counsel seeks time on the maintainability of instant suit. The plaintiff is directed to appear in person before the Court along with relevant document as required by the Court during the todays proceedings.
