This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Suhendar Kumar advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Pehlwan son of Khan Muhammad, 02-Irfan @ Irfan Ali son of Suhrab, 03-Shaman @ Mehar Ali @ Shaman Ali, 04-Ahsan @ Ahsan Ali, 05-Aijaz @ Aijaz Ali all three sons of Muhammad Khan Chandio in Crime No.32/2026 of PS Shaheed ASP Fattah Hayata Mekan for offence 506/2,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 21.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
