Cr. Misc application called. Applicant called absent. Report of SHO and DSP Complaint Cell Matiari recieved. Respondent/ Incharge NADRA Matiari is present. Heard; order passed and pronounced in open Court, it appears that there is a civil dispute, as the applicant has raised a grievance against the NADRA authorities regarding the preparation of the B-form of his children. The representatives of the NADRA are in attendance, who submitted that if the required documents are submitted by the applicant then his matter shall be processed in accordance with the prevailing SOPs. Equally efficacious and alternate civil remedy is also available with the applicant for redressal of his grievances, to either appear before the NADRA office or to file civil suit, if so advised. The application in hand is accordingly disposed of. |
