R & Ps of instant case received by this Court from Honourable Sessions Judge, Kashmore @ Kandhkot by way of transfer on administrative ground for its disposal according to law. The matter is already fixed for today, therefore, called. All the accused namely Laique, Abul Khair, Karam Ali, Khair Muhammad @ Khairoo, Habib-ur-Rahman, Hakim, Yaqoob, Fatehuddin and Suhrab are absconders and already declared as P.Os.
