This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Abdul Qayoom Khuhawar advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Niaz Hussain son of Muhammad Khan, 02-Abdul Raheem son of Niaz Hussain, 03-Muhamamd Murad son of Niaz Hussain, 04-Moula Bux son of Abdul Raheem, 05-Abdul Aziz son of Niaz Hussain all by caste Panhawar in Crime No.87/2026 of PS Waggan for offence 506/2,337-Fv,337-Ai,Hii,114,147,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kamber. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 22.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have not furnished the required surety. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
