This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Mehboob Aftab advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Ghulam Abass son of Moula Bux, 02-Ali Asghar son of Ghulam Abass, 03-Sajjad Ali son of Ghulam Abass, 04-Moula Bux son of Ghulam Abass all by caste Mugheri in Crime No.33/2026 of PS Shaheed ASP Fattah Hayat Mekan for offence 506/2,114,504,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 22.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety which has been provisionally accepted. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
