Received Criminal Bail Application from the court of Honourable Sessions Judge Ghotki vide a letter No.Cr/ 4527 dated 01.6.26. The applicants/accused present along with advocate. Order passed passed. Without touching the merits and de-merits of the case, ad-interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the applicants/accused (1) Dilawar son of Kouro (2) Atta Muhammad son of Dilawar (3) Abdul Hameed son of Muhammad Umar @ Dilawar (4) Abdul Lateef son of Muhammad Umar @ Dilawar (5) Abdul Sattar son of Dilawar (6) Abdul Hafeez son of Abdul Lateef (7) Abdul Hadi son of Abdul Hameed and (8) Abdul Junaid @ Juaid Ahmed son of Abdul Hameed all by caste Lakhan in the sum of Rs:20,000/ (twenty thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. Applicants/accused are directed to join investigation/trial and submit such proof on next date. Notice to State, complainant and call for police papers. Hearing 05.06.2026, for its confirmation or otherwise. The required surety has been furnished and one deponent namely Saeed Ahmed son of Muhammad Sijawal by caste Lahan r/o village Abdullah Lakhan Taluka and District Ghotki appeared and he has submitted affidavit along with original copy of deh Form VII_B being entry No.387 of deh Sanghri and photocopy of his CNIC for standing surety for the above named accused persons.
