This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Kamran Ahmed Gorar advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Habibullah son of Muhammad Hassan, 02-Abdul Rehman son of Habibullah, 03-Murtaza @ Ghulam Murtaza son of Talib @ Talib Hussain all by caste Meno in Crime No.34/2026 of PS Shaheed ASP Fatteh Hayat Mekan for offence 504,506/2,114,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 17.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
