Received Criminal Bail Application from the court of Honourable Sessions Judge Ghotki vide a letter No.Cr/ 4527 dated 01.6.26. The applicants/accused present along with advocate. Order passed passed. Without touching the merits and de-merits of the case, ad-interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the applicants/accused (1) Arshad Ali son of Shah Muhammad Gadani (asper FIR Shahnawaz) and (2) Dhani Bux son of Imam Bux in the sum of Rs:10,000/ (ten thousand) each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. Applicants/accused are directed to join investigation/trial and submit such proof on next date. Notice to State, complainant and call for police papers. Hearing 05.06.2026, for its confirmation or otherwise. The required surety has been furnished and one deponent namely Shah Muhammad Gadani son of Ghulam Nabi Gadani r/o village Shahal Gadani P.O Adilpur Taluka and District Ghotki appeared and he has submitted affidavit along with original defence saving certificates No.HG-820448 & HG-8020449 (10475) dated 01.6.26 amounting to Rs.10,000/ each being total thereof Rs.20,000 and photocopy of his CNIC for standing surety for the above named accused persons.
