Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has filed by Mr. Razi Khan Chandio advocate on behalf of applicant Raja son of Meer by caste Chandio against SHO PS Gaji Khuhawar and others. Heard. Mr. Khalid Hussain learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-I, Warrah is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Gaji Khuhawar and its premises and recover the alleged detainees, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainees, they to release them on P.R bond and direct them to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 23.06.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
