This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has filed by Mr. Razi Khan Chandio advocate on behalf of applicant Islam w/o Irshad Ali Solangi against SHO PS Sijawal and others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Bilawal Rafique Brohi learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Mirokhan is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Sijawal and its premises and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release him on P.R bond and direct him to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 23.06.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
