This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Sadique Umrani advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Rameez @ Zamir Hussain son of Ghazi Khan Leghari, 02-Abdul Wahid son of Muhammad Bakhsh Leghari, 03-Majid son of Ghulam Murtaza by caste Leghari in Crime No.57/2026 of PS B-Section Shahdadkot for offence 381-A-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off 17.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused Rameez @ Zamir Hussain has furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. While applicants/accused have failed to furnish the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
