Arguments heard from both sides. Judgement passed and announced in open Court at Ex.17 that accused Abdul Jabbar, Abdul Qadeer, Ali Murad, Shahzado @ Shakar, Qabool @ Lamboo and Ibrahim @ Abro are acquitted u/s 265 H(i) CrP.C. Accused Abdul Jabbar, Abdul Qadeer, Ali Murad, Shahzado @ Shakar, Qabool @ Lamboo and Ibrahim @ Abro are present on bail, their bail bonds stand cancelled and sureties are discharged. While accused Ibrahim @ Abro is produced in custody through video link, remanded back to custody alongwith acquittal intimation with direction to jail authorities to release him forthwith in this case only and if he is not required to be detained in any other case. Case against absconding accused be kept on dormant file till their arrest or surrender before the Court. |
