This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Jameel Hussain Bhutto advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Punhal @ Muhammad Punhal, 02-Muahrram Ali @ Muharram both sons of Muhammad Saffar Solangi in Crime No.146/2026 of PS Nasirabad for offence 337-Ai,Lii,504,506/2,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Rupees thirty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 17.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have not furnished the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
