Matter called. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is present and filed statement alongwith Courier receipt which is kept on record. Mr.Asad Ali advocate filed undertaking to file Vakalatnama on behalf of defendant No.3 which is kept on record and received copies. None is present from the rest of defendants side.
