Order passed and announced in open Court at Ex.30 that application u/s 265-K Cr.PC is allowed and accused Abdul Hameed son of Rahamdil Bangullani is acquitted u/s 265-K Cr.PC. He is produced in custody via video link, an acquittal intimation is issued with direction to the jail authorities to release him forthwith in this case only and if he is not required to be detained in any other case. |
