Non bailable Warrant issued against absconding accused Abdullah returned unserved by process server ASI Bashir Ahmed Bhutto with report stating that the accused had shifted from his given address, and in support appended statements of local persons. However on scrutinuy of the CNICs of the said indiciduals, it has been found that their addresses do not match or relate to the residential vicinity of the accused, hence issue show cause notice under section 182 PPC to process server ASI Bashir Ahmed Butto. Since the accused Fayaz Tunio is in custody, while accused Abdullah is absconder and proceedings against him are not yet been completed, therefore the case against accused Abdullah is bifurcated from the main case.
