Judgement passed by the court. In the light of discussion on above points, I am of the opinion that prosecution has successfully proved its case against the male accused beyond shadow of doubt. The accused are behind the bars since their arrest on 3rd & 4th of March, 2014 and faced agony of protracted trial, therefore, by taking lenient view, I hereby convict accused Asif, Atif and Amir, in pursuance of section 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C. and sentence them for imprisonment for life (R.I) and under section 544-A Cr.P.C. fine of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lac Only), if the amount is deposited by the accused, the same be paid to the legal heirs of the deceased Muhammad Faheem as compensation. In default of payment of fine, the accused shall suffer S.I for Six Months more. However, female accused Mst. Seema is hereby acquitted by extending benefit of doubt.
