This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has filed by Miss Afsana Waggan advocate on behalf of applicant Qurban Ali son of Ghulam Rasool by caste Gadehi against SHO PP Derra and others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Saeed Ahmed Shaikh learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Nasirabad is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PP Derra and its premises and recover the alleged detainees, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainees, they to release them on P.R bond and direct them to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 20.06.2026 at 08:30 am without fail.
