That the bail application is allowed subje ct to furnihshing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and PR bond in the like amount. Deponent Abdul Qadeer son of Abdul Karim Leghari filed affdaivit alongwith saving certificate. Order on it. Surety accepted for Ali Asghar and Naveed. Issue release writ of accused, accordingly.
