Mr. Abdul Hameed Chachar advocate filed an application u/s 265-K Cr.PC on behalf of accused Abid @ Abee. Order. Notice to DPP, notice waived by I/C DPP and same application brought on record at Ex.13. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open Court at Ex.14 that application u/s 265-K Cr.PC is allowed and accused Abid @ Abee son of Khair Bux Nindwani is acquitted u/s 265-K Cr.PC. He is produced in custody via video link, an acquittal intimation is issued with direction to the jail authorities to release him forthwith in this case only and if he is not required to be detained in any other case. |
