Interim challan called. Accused Mazhar Ali is produced in custody from District Prison, Sanghar. SPP for the state is present. I.O SIP Muhammad Aslam Rajput of PS Tando Adam City appeared, who sought time for submission of final challan and submitted such application. Order passed thereon. To come up on 16.07.2026 for submission of final challan. Accused is remanded back to custody with direction to produce him in person on next date. P.O has gone to participate in the National Conference on prison reform 2026 at Honourable, Supreme Court of Pakistan. |
