Crl. Case called. Accused Shakeel Ahmed Kolachi is absconder and not yet served. Proclamation u/s 87/88 Cr.P.C were issued against him and returned the same. Learned ADPP for the state submitted the statement in which he stated the instant case may be kept on dormant file, which is taken on record at Exh.04. Separate order passed and announced in open court the accused Shakeel Ahmed Kolachi is hereby declared as PO. Order passed and announced in open court the instant case is kept on dormant file, till the arrest of accused or surrender before the court. However keeping in view the guidelines of Honourable Supreme court in PLD 2010 SC 585 and guideline of Honourable High Court of Sindh in Cr. Appeal No. 76/2015. Let office is directed be call the quarterly progress report from concerned PS. The original order kept on record at Exh.05. Put off to 22.07.2025, for quarterly report. |
