In compliance with the directions contained in order dated 17.05.2023, passed by the Honorable High Court of Sindh, Karachi, communicated through letter No. 1062/MIT-II/Crl. Misc. Appln No. 284/2018 dated 06.06.2023, in light of PLD 2016 Sindh 238, one of the proclaimed offenders, namely accused Zohaib Akram, has obtained bail and joined the trial. Copy of the relevant documents has been supplied to the accused. Hence, the case is restored and the matter is fixed for framing of charge. Matter is put off to 22.08.2025 for charge, while the case against the other proclaimed offenders is adjourned to 19.09.2025 for compliance/progress report.
