This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has submitted by applicant Sultan Ahmed son of Wahid Bux Bhutto in person against SHO PS Bahram and others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Sadique Ali Brohi learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-I, Shahdadkot is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Bahram and its premises and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release him on P.R bond and direct him to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 19.06.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
