Final report under section 173 Cr.P.C called in open Court same was submitted by SHO of P.S Umer Sand before this Court against accused Waqar & Others in crime No. 87/2025, u/s 8(i)SPPMSUGM Act-2019 of P.S Umar Sand. Learned ADPP for the state is present. All (4) accused persons namely; Waqar son of Nazeer, Rahib son of Muhammad Moosa, Mashooque son of Rustam and Ghulam Hussain son of Waliyo are shown on Court bail in final report. But only two accused persons namely; Waqar and Rahib are present on bail while remaining two accused persons namely; Mashooque and Ghulam Hussain are confined in C.P Mipurkahs in another crime No. 241/2025 of P.S B-Section Tando Allahyar as per report of process server/HC-Amir Bux. Order passed on final report. Charge sheet accepted. Let the case be registered. Copies of police papers were supplied to present both accused persons Waqar and Rahib vide receipt at Ex???..1. Put off to???.8-11-2025 for supply of copies to remaining accused persons. Present accused Waqar and Rahib are directed to attend while issue P.O of accused; Mashooque and Ghulam Hussain to concerned jail authority. |
