This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Gul Sher Junejo advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Muhammad Haneef, 02-Abdul Majeed, 03-Abdul Hameed, 04-Shahzado, 05-Khalid Hussain @ Khali all sons of Muhammad Bux Mastoi in Crime No.67/2026 of PS Qubo Saeed Khan for offence 506/2,289,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 12.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
