The R&Ps of instant matter received by way transfer from the Hon???ble High Court of Sindh at Karachi due enhancement and revising pecuniary limits of jurisdiction of Sr. Civil Judges vide notification No.Gaz/XVI-A-127 Dated 01st March 2025. Case called. None present from either side. Intimation/court motion notice returned a/w report of bailiff which is seen and placed on record. In the interest of justice matter is adj. to 04-02-2026 for hearing of parties. Concerned clerk is directed to issue intimation notice to the plaintiff[s] and defendants as well as their counsels through all ordinary modes. Plaintiff is strictly directed to appear in person before the Court a/w all related original documents; in case of failure Court will proceed the matter as per available record and pass an appropriate order. |
