The accused persons namely Muhammad Waqas and Syed Huzaif Ali Shah filed the application for plead guilty vide Ex. 01. The case of present accused persons bifurcate and copies are supplied to the accused persons at Ex. 02. The accused persons also filed the application for 07 day time waive in respect of framing of charge same is allowed vide Ex. 03. Syed Huzaif Ali Shah S/O Sagheer Ahmed Shah and sentence them only to pay the fine of Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand Rupees) to each accused and in case of default the accused have to suffer one day of S.I. The accused Muhamamd Waqas and Syed Huzaif Ali Shah are present on bail. Their bail bonds stand cancelled and sureties are hereby discharged. However the co-accused person namely Mst. Iqra W/O Khalid Hussain @ Waqas is absconding and her case be bifurcate from the case of present accused persons. Let the case of co-accused person namely Mst.
