TThis is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Mushtaque Ali Siyal advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Rustam Ali son of Gul Hassan, 02-Ghulam Akbar son of Gul Hassan, 03-Mufhammad Hassan son of Gul Hassan all by caste Unar in Crime No.45/2026 of PS Sijawal for offence 337-Fv,337-Ai,337-Lii,147,148-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 15.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety. Order on it. Let the surety papers be sent for verification valuation, mortgage and report. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
