This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Shafi Muhammad Khoso advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Ali Mardan @ Aamir son of Moula Bux Admani Magsi in Crime No.55/2026 of PS Qubo Saeed Khan for offence 337-Ai,Fi,506/2,504,337-Hii,147,148-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thosuand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 08.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
