Para No.5 of the said order. (5--Trial Court to hear both parties and without being influenced of this transfer application, decide the matter preferably within two months.) Such directions prima facie shows that the trial court/this court is legally bound to comply the directions of honorable Court of Sessions Order without fail. The time period of the two months will be expired on 10.09.2026/tomorrow. Further such order of the honorable Court of Sessions was challenged before the honorable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court, Mirpurkhas through Criminal Misc. Application No 229/2026 which was upheld vide order dated 25.08.2026 and the Criminal Misc. Application was dismissed. The Learned counsel for the applicant stated that they will not produce further witnesses and on next date they will close the applicant side. The respondent party is again hereby directed with last and final chance to produce their all witnesses whatever they want to examine in support of their contention in case of failure the matter will be decided as per law.
