Order passed and announced in open Court at Ex.37 that accused Sadam son of Ali Bux Bhayo is acquitted u/s 265-K Cr.PC. Accused is produced in custody through video link, an acquittal intimation be sent to concerned jail authority to release him forthwith in this case only and if he is not required to be detained in any other case. |
