This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has filed by Mr. Razi Khan Chandio advocate on behalf of applicant namely Islam Khatoon w/o Irshad Ali by caste Solangi against SHO PS Mirokhan and others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Sadique Ali Brohi learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-I, Shahdadkot is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Mirokhan and its premises and recover the alleged detainees, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainees, they to release them on P.R bond and direct them to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 17.06.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
