Let the matter be referred to the Official Assignee of Honourable High Court of Sindh for compliance of order dated 29.11.2024 of the Honourable High Court of Sindh. The Survey Superintendent and Mukhtiarkar Gulzar-e-Hijri are directed to appear before the Official Assignee Honourable High Court of Sindh on 02.09.2026 and the Official Assignee Honourable High Court of Sindh may fix any appropriate date for making compliance of the order dated 29.11.2024 of the Honourable High Court of Sindh. In case of failure of attendance of the Survey Superintendent and Mukhtiarkar Gulzar-e-Hijri, the contempt proceeding shall be initiated against them. The attendance of then Survey Superintendent namely Mr.Anwar Ahmed Panhwar is dispensed with. Let the copy of this order as well as request be submitted to the Official Assignee Honourable High Court of Sindh for further proceedings and compliance of order dated 29.11.2024 of the Honourable High Court of Sindh.
