Bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C of applicant/accused Shabeer @ Shabeer Ali Machi, is called. Learned ADPP for the state and D.C are present. Arguments heard. Order passed on separate sheet and announced in open court, applicant has succeeded to make out a case for bail. Consequently, the application is allowed. Let the applicant be released on bail on furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- ( Fifty thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Observations made hereinabove are tentative and will not cause any prejudice to either party at the trial. |
