Interim challan called. U.T.Ps /accused namely Bhomsingh and Pirago are produced in custody by Jailor Sub-Jail Mithi. Mr. Hemoon Kolhi learned ADPP for state is present. Final challan yet not received I.O S.I.P Narain Das is appeared and he has submitted an application U/S 344 Cr.P.C for grant of 14 days time for submission of final challan on the grounds that the chemical report yet not received from chemical examiners Karachi. Order passed on it. Time for 03 days granted. Case put off to........ 03.08.2026 for final challan. Both U.T.Ps /accused namely Bhomsingh and Pirago are remanded back to judicial lock-up Mithi with direction to produce them before this court on the above said date of hearing under proper police escort. |
