The Judgment Debtor shall vacate the demised premises and hand over peaceful and vacant possession to the Decree Holder within the said period of 30 days, In case the Judgment Debtor fails to comply with the above directions, the office shall, after expiry of 30 days, issue fresh writ of possession with police aid. The Bailiff shall execute the writ of possession with police aid through SHO P.S. Surjani, and shall be authorized to break open the locks, if necessary, in order to deliver possession of the premises to the Decree Holder. It is further clarified that the Judgment Debtor shall be solely responsible for any loss, inconvenience or adverse consequences affecting the students or their educational future, in case he fails to shift the school within the time granted above. No orders as to cost. |
