Today the matter is fixed for evidence, and called twice in morning, but neither the accused are in attendance nor their counsel. At about 09:15 (A.M) no one appeared in the Court from the side of accused. Meanwhile, the complainant namely Mst. Noor Nisa alongwith her witnesses is present in Court.
