This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Faheem Akhtar Chandio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Roshan Ali, 02-Sikandar Ali, both sons of Khan Muhammad, 03-Uris @ Ghulam Sarwar son of Khan Muhammad @ Abdul Ghaffar, 04-Oshaque Ali son of Madad Ali @ Roshan Ali, 05-Ramzan @ Muhammad Ramzan son of Roshan Ali all by caste Totani in Crime No.32/2026 of PS Drigh for offence U/S 337-Ai,Fi,506/2,114,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 07.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionallay accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
