This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Azam Hulio advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Imtiaz Ali Sohoo @ Waqar son of Ghulam Ali Sohoo in Crime No.153/2026 of PS Nasirabad for offence 420,447,511,506/2,504,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to .08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnish the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted.
