Crl.Misc.application u/s 516-A Cr.P.C is called. Applicant/owner Abdul Rauf Khoso is present. Mr.Gahi Khan Bangwar, learned ADPP for the State is present. Report received by this Court from SHO concerned. Arguments heard from both the sides. Order also passed, signed and announced in open Court. For the reasons to be recorded, the application in hand is hereby allowed, subject to furnishing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.500,000/- by the applicant to the satisfaction of this Court. The applicant shall produce the said property before the Court whenever required, and shall not sell, transfer, alter, or change its condition during pendency of proceedings. Such P.R bond furnished by the applicant/owner, let restoration be issued to the SHO concerned, accordingly. |
